Vitalii Tytych
Chairman of the Board
Vitalii Tytych is a Ukrainian serviceman and attorney, is the managing partner of the law firm Vitalii Tytych and Partners, and has extensive expertise in culture and criminal law. From 2016 to 2018, Vitalii served as a member of the Public Integrity Council — a Ukrainian civic body that evaluates the integrity of judges and judicial candidates. In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he is responsible for safeguarding cultural property. Vitalii also chairs the Legal Section of ICOM Ukraine, the national branch of the International Council of Museums.
Pavlo Dykan
Board Member, Head of Legal Affairs
Pavlo Dykan is an attorney who co-founded the Advocacy Advisory Group in 2014 — an independent association of lawyers providing pro bono representation to the families of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in the Maidan cases. Pavlo is also a member of the Legal Section of ICOM Ukraine.
Maria Zadorozhna
Board Member, Head of Research and Documentation of Russia’s Crimes against Ukrainian Culture
Maria Zadorozhna is an art historian and museologist. Since 2021, Maria has headed the cultural institution MizhVukhamy, and since 2022, she has led the documentation team investigating Russia’s crimes against Ukrainian culture at the Ukrainian Heritage Monitoring Laboratory. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute (2019–2021), Director of the Film Museum at the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Center (2016–2019), and Director General of the National Art Museum of Ukraine (2012–2015).
Vasyl Rozhko
Board Member, Responsible for the Infrastructure of Databases Monitoring Ukrainian Cultural Heritage during Russian Aggression
Vasyl Rozhko is the head of the Lviv Regional NGO Tustan and a co-founder of the Raphael Lemkin Society. He is a graduate of the Key Executive MBA program at the Ukrainian Catholic University Business School, leader of the Ukrainian Heritage Monitoring Laboratory initiative, and co-founder of the HERI Cultural Heritage Rescue Headquarters.
Hanka Tretiak
Board Member, Responsible for Communication
Hanka Tretiak is a film director, artist, and art curator. She partners with the National Art Museum of Ukraine and other museums, founder of the HudGraf art gallery, the film production company Gankafilm, and the Artishok film festival. She previously served as Creative Director at the Leo Burnett Ukraine advertising agency.

Anastasiia Oleksii
Executive Director
Anastasiia Oleksii is an art historian and cultural project manager. Anastasiia earned her master’s degree in Art Theory and History from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. She is the founder and leader of the project Wall Evidence and, since 2022, has been part of the team at HeMo: Ukrainian Heritage Monitoring Lab, documenting the damage and destruction of cultural heritage.
Liudmyla Markova
Project Manager
Liudmyla Markova is a cultural manager with experience in the museum, educational, and cultural sectors. She has worked with institutions such as the Khanenko Museum in Kyiv, Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University, and the agency proto produkciia. She holds a degree in art history.
Svitlana Myronchuk
Communication manager
Svitlana Myronchuk has over 10 years of experience in communication and advocacy. She has worked with international donors and implementing partners, focusing on advancing Ukraine’s decolonization process and promoting Ukrainian narratives in the German-speaking world.
Viktoriia Savchuk Kennet
Digital communication manager
Viktoriia Savchuk Kennet is a consultant and researcher with over a decade of experience in strategic communication working with government, civil society, and international organizations. Viktoriia earned her PhD in Communication from the University of Maryland (USA), where she studied Ukraine’s nation branding and how organizations manage relationships with their publics in times of war.
Anastasiia Moldovan
Grants Manager
Anastasiia Moldovan is a grants manager with over 10 years of experience in local governance, public administration, and project management. She has worked with both Ukrainian and international organizations, overseeing partnership initiatives, strategic planning, and donor reporting. Anastasiia holds master’s degrees in Public Administration from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and in Public Finance from the Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics.
Daryna Pidhorna
Lawyer, Analyst
Daryna Pidhorna is a lawyer and expert specializing in the protection and preservation of cultural heritage during armed conflicts, as well as in the development and implementation of the right to truth. She is a member of the Expert Network of the Crimea Platform. Daryna has experience working with law enforcement agencies, government institutions, and international partners, including ICOM, UNESCO, Council of Europe, and the ICC. She holds a master’s degree in International Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is currently pursuing a degree in Memory Studies and Public History at the Kyiv School of Economics.
